We have two manufacturing plants spread across northern India

PATAUDI PLANT

Established in 2005. Located 45 kms from Gurugram.

This plant was a greenfield setup done for Danone to manufacture Protinex under license using Vacuum Band Drying Technology (VBD). We were the first in the country to start using this technology for manufacturing malt-based products, away from the traditional tray drying technology. We also manufacture hydrolyzed proteins derived from peanuts, as well as liquid chicory extract.

KASHIPUR PLANT

Established in 2010, Located about 220 km from Delhi.

This plant was set up as a formulation and packing unit utilizing PMV’s expertise in VBD technology. With two jumbo band dryers, we are currently manufacturing Boost and Woman’s Horlicks under license for Unilever. We also are the pioneers in manufacturing instant chicory powder (without any maltodextrin) for our esteemed clients.

Apart from this we also manufacture malted foods both in bulk as well as in retail packs of 30 gms, 500 gms, 1 kg  or more as per the customer, in either bags or boxes, glass/plastic jars as well as pouches. We also offer services of dry blending powders under controlled humidity conditions.
